Rapid Response

Our Rapid Response Department provides immediate support during political crises, including the arrest of activists and other forms of repression. We’ve assisted hundreds of political prisoners and those affected by human rights abuses through legal, media, medical, and psychosocial aid. By mobilizing allies and working groups, we ensure swift action to defend those targeted by oppressive forces.

As repression intensifies in Uganda, the need for resources grows. Solidarity Uganda remains committed to empowering those on the frontlines, fighting for justice and human rights.
